Terrible Experience

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: No hot water. Called front desk 4 times, but no one answered. Called the operator, but no one answered. Didn't have time to mess around, so I took a freezing shower. How could a hotel not know about this and not address it. Also, no TV channels. Also, parking is a challenge.

Liked: The staff was awesome. The valet Phillip jumped my car at 6 am when I found out upon leaving my car was dead! Everything was awesome! when we checked in the front desk was very helpful and nice! It was refreshing

Great location, but would not...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Dirty. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Shower drain wouldn’t work, so couldn’t get showers. Cost was about the same as other hotels in the area that we have had much nicer stays in.

Liked: Loved the train hotel. Such a unique idea. Would stay again.
Disliked: I enjoyed the whole experience. A lot of construction nearby but could not hear from the hotel room. Families playing football in the pool without regards for other people in the pool.
