Liked: As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Our view was so nice. We enjoyed everything.

Other than the elevators, everything...

Liked: The room and amenities were well kept. The comfort in the room was excellent. The noise levels and atmosphere was terrific and very inviting.
Disliked: The facilities - particularly the elevators in the hotel and the garage - felt and sounded dated when operating (creaking, etc.). We even had the garage elevator seem to malfunction (we didn't wait and decided to take the stairs).

Keep up the good works!!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Great bar and restaurant with yummy food choices. Beautiful decor and comfy bedding.
Disliked: I only had one mishap that was not caused by the property per se. Apparently there was a break in communications between Booking.com and The Landing regarding one of my reservations. It was resolved. I also think it is strange that there are no microwaves in each floor of the property yet there are refrigerators in the rooms. I would’ve liked a microwave in my room.
