Prepaid for a suite and they gave away my room, and it was my 1 year anniversary. Then it took them till 2:30 the next day to put me in a suite, which had no towels or wash cloths - they told me they would comp the night they gave me the wrong room which they did not, and they are far from a 4 star hotel - more like half a star. I travel for a living and by far the worst place I ever stayed - if I had not pre paid I would have clearly went elsewhere. Would never recommend them.

My girlfriend was left stranded in the shower without any towels anywhere in the room. I had to call downstairs and she had to wait shivering until they arrived. There were also long black hairs on the toilet. This made us late to the basketball game we were in town to attend.
