Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Perfect location if you are heading to The Park at 14th!

Liked: Clean spacious rooms. Great in-room dining.

Liked: The gentlemen outside the doors were great. Very friendly. The staff at the desk did help us with an issue but were not friendly.
Disliked: The room was very small. No room to move. They should have a better system for the snacks and drinks offered in the room. My 1 year old immediately grabbed all the boxes from the sensors.

Liked: The people and the location. I absolutely loved hotel employees. All three of these amazingly kind and generous people were just so attentive and made sure my wife and I got exactly what we needed. The location was perfect. I loved that area.
Disliked: The room was beautiful in that we had windows but it was a little dated. The door on the bathroom handle came off a couple of times. The shower handle had the opposite temperatures set. The room could have had a bit more TLC.

Beautiful hotel close enough to...

Liked: There was a lot to like about this hotel. It was in a really nice location, right across from a beautiful park. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious, it was quick, and the staff was great. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came everyday while i was out to make the bed. I liked that they came consistently at the same time. Overall I think this hotel represents one of the best deals available in DC.
Disliked: The only issue I had was when I went to get a water bottle. The staff at the front desk advised i should have a complimentary bottle in my room, but I didn’t and they could not supply another. I ended up having to walk to the CVS which was conveniently across the street. Really a minor issue overall, but it would have been nice if they would have supplied the water bottle.
