Disliked: Mold on bathroom tiles; room smelled like smoke; A/C unit would not shut off.

Liked: Everything was wonderful - staff was absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced.

Liked: The staff at Sonesta Downtown Denver were super kind and accommodating.
Disliked: The broken elevator wasn't fun. You would push the up button and wouldn't know which elevator would come. Sometimes the elevator would arrive but you couldn't see the door or gear it open and you would miss the elevator all together.

Liked: The rooms were clean. The lobby was resourceful. The checkin checkout process was smooth. Most of the staff seemed courteous.
Disliked: Given a room where the air system was not working. We realized this after we had unpacked. The staff at reception said we would need to change rooms from the 11th to 19th floor. The staff offered no apology/empathy or support in moving. Very cold reaction

Disliked: There was no breakfast food bar available that was shown in the listing, No complimentary food, bathroom sink was leaking on the floor, there was no water pressure in the shower, & air conditioner didn't work. Not happy at all with the hotel stay.
