Liked: Location for what I needed
Disliked: No bar, no restaurant. One of the reasons I picked your hotel was the availabilty of EV charging. Neither of the CCS chargers was working. NOT GOOD.

fun but disapointing

Liked: Location. Room was clean.
Disliked: Zero guidance from staff. Front desk told us our breakfast was ala cart, when infact its a buffet. Lady working the buffet was less than friendly and did not help anyone at all yet asked for a tip. The bar tender the night before claimed to not be a bartender and could only serve beer or wine. Restaurant was out of half the items on the menu. Room was supposed to have a mountain view. We had a great view of a parking lot, not the mountains. Pool was closed

Liked: The room was spacious and there were plenty of facilities to use. There were lots of options to choose from during breakfast.
Disliked: The room was very cold and there was no quilt on the bed just a thin cover. There was no option to control the heating within the room.

Disliked: They charge for parking and their pet fee is outrageous.
