Definitely a candidate for hotel rescue. The front office was friendly at checkout but the room was filthy and smelling so bad I bought Febreze. A used soap bar left in the shower was not very nice either.
Liked: Close to where I had to be.
Disliked: Hair of previous guests in one bed.

Disliked: The second room or should I say the other side of the property was a lil rub down but what really pisses me off is these scammers lied on me said I was smoking in my room when i didnt just so they could keep my deposit

Liked: The staff is very professional. and very kind. great customer service when l have any questions. Cleanliness of the room and property. Safety is important. I feel safe and stress free.

Liked: The front desk associate was extremely apologetic about the situation. She was very helpful in working with me and Booking.com to rectify the situation.
Disliked: That somehow even though my payment cleared, when I arrived at the property I didn't have a room.

Underwhelming Experience
Liked: I like the location of the property.
Disliked: I didn't have hot water the first 3 days when I reported it 3 days in a row I kept being told the maintenance would come check it and never did. I had to go to the office and force them to send someone up. Also had to request the room to be cleaned because nobody ever came on my so called scheduled day which was Monday. They came the next day when I had to track down maintenance. I was told by property manager the water doesn't get hot in any of the rooms only Luke warm. I was also quoted a price of 402 weekly and wasn't told until I went to check in it had $100 deposit also. Then I was quoted an entirely different price from the property after I had already paid $504 at check in. My phone in the room didn't work which I also reported to the office. They swaped the phone out and told me it only works for outgoing calls it wouldn't ring if someone wanted to call me. My window also didn't lock had to get maintenance to slam it to get it latched n locked. The internet was also a huge problem I couldn't even work because the strength was so low. Then half the channels didn't work on the TV. Needless to say I will never book there again.
