Expensively disappointing for this brand.

Liked: We liked the location and size of the bed
Disliked: We arrived at 21.20 and were told the bistro shut at 22.00. We dropped our bags and went straight to the bistro at 21:30. It was closed. The selection of snacks in the lobby were not enticing. The bed sheets and pillowcases, whilst clean, had not been pressed. I have never seen this in any hotel before. We were too tired to complain at the time.

Easy walk to Lumen Field, Pike Place and boardwalk.

Liked: The room was a great size, the restaurant had delicious food and the valet people were very professional. I was a bit nervous about the area but felt safe walking outside to and from the Seattle Sounders game. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk without any issues.
Disliked: One of our windows was facing the alley and every so often you could literally see people in the alley shooting up drugs. A bit scary to see that when you have little kids in the room too. The building is older and so the windows are a bit thin which let in a lot of cold air.

Disappointing

Disliked: My 2.5 year old found some chewed up gum that was not ours under the couch and put it in his mouth. There was also still someone elses toothpaste splattered on the sink when we arrived. Also, this location has TONS of homeless encampments right around the corner.
