Disliked: I was charged by both your company and the hotel and have yet to have the hotel fee come off. It was the full amount of my bill. It has been more than two weeks of business days as their agreement states and I was told it would come off. We did no damage to the property and were only there for a pit stop of 5 or so hours.

Disliked: I was very disappointed in the bistro it was supposed to open at five and didnt open till almost 5:45 and everything seemed like it was microwaved and in the morning I was very surprised you didnt have a complimentary coffee like all hotels do I dont I
