First time staying at this hotel. Location was perfect, and the hotel was very nicely maintained and clean. Absolutely enjoyed staying here and looking forward to returning again in the near future. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Disliked: Staff was not welcoming, Bed was uncomfortable, room and hallways were not vacuumed well, bathroom should have been cleaner, curtains didn’t work as they should, breakfast and water were an extra charge.

Decent place to stay.

Liked: Location is great for a concert at CHI.
Disliked: Had to ask for an extra towel and bedding for the sofa sleeper.
