Liked: Overall, the customer experience (check in/out, cleanliness, airport shuttle) met my expectations.
Disliked: Most hotel outside of center cities offer free parking. I wish they would too. I was surprised. My fault for not paying attention when I booked. Also, it is a little tricky to get to the hotel.
