Liked: We upgraded to Oceanfront View room, so the view from the balcony was outstanding!!! I think any other room could "slightly" change our rating.
Disliked: You get what you pay for. All depends on ratio: your budget vs. Your expectations.

Disliked: We were charged for 3 rooms instead of two. Still sorting it out.

Liked: Hotel has excellent location, next to the pier form where many boat tours are departing. Staff was friendly and all issues were quickly resolved. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: On Boolking.com we reserved hotel for 2 adults and child with breakfast (it only said with breakfast so assumption was that breakfast is available for everyone).Hotel has different policy for children, but they adjusted reservation on their side and honored how it was advertised on Booking.com

Disappointing

Disliked: Facilities were overused, often dirty. Staff appeared tired, burned out and not interested in helping with matters unless absolutely necessary.

Nice place, don't use Priceline...

Disliked: I did not like booking on Priceline website and being sold second hand to Booking.com. I have never used Booking.com and after this post pay fiasco I probably never will. Super dissatisfied with how the reservation was handled and then being told it was the other companies fault. If I had known we were paying full rate postpay I would have booked with the hotel and gotten my points. Booking.com stinx.

Liked: I liked the breakfast. I liked the pool. I liked the lobby and common areas of the hotel. The history and museum vibe was nice. The shops at the hotel were nice too. Elevators were fast. The bell hops were good. The lady managing the restaurant was great. The pool towel service was good. The parking lot was good and the parking card was convenient. The air conditioning was good.
Disliked: The poolside service was not good. The shower curtain was dingy and dirty. The tub looked dirty. The grout between the tiles was gross and full of soap scum. The bathroom faucet and counters were dirty. The border of the mirrors were dirty. The toilet paper is cheap. The toilet paper holders were in far away or awkward places. The balcony view sucked. The balcony furniture was hard and not attractive. The room was missing the small bench to put a suit case on. We had to ask for coffee twice. The bed was very hard and hurt my back. The bathroom doors are terrible the bathroom doors do not close all the way so there is a lack of privacy. The mirror is hidden behind the bathroom door. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The hand soap did not feel like it was cleaning. It felt like it just stuck on my hands. I used the shampoo to wash my hands.
