Very good

Liked: Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Also enjoyed the smart TV that let us connect to our Netflix account for the night.
Disliked: Expensive. $200+ for one night is way too much.

Liked: Very clean facilities; staff extremely friendly and responsive
Disliked: The temperature in the rooms doesn't go down below 67 in the rooms with older heating/cooling system and below 65 in rooms with newer heating/cooling sys (I get very bad hot flashes); no microwave in rooms but staff brought me one

Superb

Liked: Kassandra the head of housekeeping was absolutely amazing. When I went into the room I was given the thermostat wasn't working correctly. She tried to fix it as maintenance had left for the day but couldn't so she went downstairs and got me a different room and helped me move my things and brought me a fan to boot!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast.
