Liked: Did not eat breakfast at the facility.
Disliked: My father is in a wheelchair.....the shower did not have a bench for him to sit on.....Asked the staff for a shower chair but never received one.....had to improvise in order to shower my dad. The Ice making machine was broken......staff was aware ....The mount for the television is poorly installed and the television in room 153 may fall off the wall at some point in the near future....top bolts are mostly flush with the bracket but the bottom two bolts are hanging and probably won't hold.

Disliked: Actually ended up canceling our reservation and finding another hotel. When we showed up after 4pm, the lobby was packed with people waiting for rooms to be ready. The staff was obviously overwhelmed. When I got to the counter, the receptionist informed me that they had canceled one of the two rooms that I had booked. She stated that they thought it was a duplicate and i had booked 2 rooms by mistake. When I informed her that was not the case, she informed me that they had already given away my second room. They did not at any time attempt to contact me regarding this issue. She allowed me to cancel my booking without any fee and stated she would give me complimentary points on my Marriott account - that still has not happened. We found a nicer hotel about 10 minutes away.
