Disliked: Overpaid for rooms using ConcertHotels - could have gotten rooms 75 dollars cheaper by just showing up. No water pressure in showers. No continental breakfast - was embarrassed. When I asked about it said I didn’t pay for it but it was in the contract. Could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for what we paid - didn’t even go back after the concert. Had to pay for coffee.

From the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out, everyone and everything was great. The room was beautiful, and everyone was so nice. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Liked: Personnel were amazing! Room clean, ample space.Only complaint…kids running up and down hall, screaming, laughing… not hotel problem…parent problem…but very annoying!!!

Liked: Clean comfortable beds and heated pool
Disliked: Was suppose to have a king bed and sofa bed but got 2 full size beds..was late amd tired so didn't wanna mess with switching rooms. Besides that this hotel was great

Liked: Location,clean,staff, especially "T", she exceeded my expectations! Everyone was professional,friendly,efficient. Property well maintained. FREE parking, NO RESORT FEE. I extended my stay because I felt safe! Highly recommended.
Disliked: Yes unfortunately the free laundry. The washer worked, the dryer was out of order. The business center was subpar. You could not fax, or print. I went to The UPS store for that.

Liked: The large lobby area and multiple TVs were excellent. Allowing early check-in was crucial as we were forced to leave a campground because of severe weather.
