Noisy but convenient hotel

Liked: Location was convenient for driving around Dallas, easy access to the main highway
Disliked: Our room was facing the express way so it was a bit noisy. We requested a cot in advance but it was not brought to our room and when I asked for it they told me we will have to wait until the next day as housekeeping was not available after 9 pm. No breakfast available but there was a cafe in the lobby.

Overall, I can recommend this...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! It is quite noisy, but since the hotel is located next to a highway, this is something expectable.
Disliked: The breakfast range is not very big, so we decided to eat somewhere else. The reception staff was not unfriendly, but seemed a bit absent and not very welcoming.

Liked: Great front Desk staff, and overall a great place to stay.
Disliked: I think the house keeping could do better. It’s upon request and even than They failed to refill my towels and provide new empty cups. (Small but needed)

Disliked: We got room with connecting door with very noisy neighbors till morning, no privacy.

Bad experience!

Disliked: There was a miscommunication from the personnel.They never read your requests, they are not clear with the charges.The receptionist told me a final pricing but they ended up charging me an additional amount 10 days later (even when I told then via booking my arrival time).Bad and poor breaksfast paid options.Definitely I do not recommend this "surprising" hotel!
