We had daily maid service; noise level was not bad at all as we slept quite well and all staff were pleasant and professional. Check in and out was very easy.

Liked: Easy access to the stadium. Enjoyed our daily walk across the bridge.
Disliked: Nothing bad to report.

Great weekend, easy to park,...

Liked: Convenient and close to downtown and not from the attractions in Cincinnati.
Disliked: Very clean, nice having a bar and food downstairs as well.

Disliked: i didn’t like slicing my hand open on the couch in the room. i also didn’t like that my truck didn’t fit in the parking garage and i wasn’t able to park there or in the back bc there wasn’t any parking

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff were exceptional! Super friendly and accommodating. Size of room was good.
Disliked: The first room we were in was not clean. There were stains all over the comforter and there were 4 beetles in the room. Second room was better but still had some stains on comforter. Disappointed about not having a pool when the third party website shows photos of a pool which is their fault. Breakfast was good as it was complimentary for us. However would not pay those prices for that food.
