Liked: Hopefully someone reads this and can help, but I am disappointed and not satisfied with my stay. One night, after check out I seen my car was damaged due to an attempted break in in the parking garage the hotel has you park in. The front desk cannot help at all because it’s not owned by Marriott. Filed a police report and of course the garage has NO CAMERAS. No one will return my calls and now it’s my responsibility to pay for my damaged car? Ridiculous. The hotel will be affected by the garage attached to their building. I will not be staying here again due to this and they told me first hand that this happens OFTEN?? Seriously and nothing has yet to be done? I wish someone would reach out to me and try to make amends. My car will cost double what my stay is for repairs.
