Frustrating

Disliked: We asked for a quiet room, were given a room with a very loud and vibrating roof AC over our heads, could not sleep, asked for another room which we eventually got and the whole process was tiering and very frustrating. For the price charged this was not much of a deal. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disliked: The shuttle was shut down to Charleston . The gym was crumby .

Disliked: The card readers were hard to enact. Especially the parking garage elevator. Also, the construction crew took up several handicapped parking spaces and should have just moved their materials over

Liked: Convenience to hospital where I needed a procedure.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Very pleasant.

Liked: The hallway to the lobby was well kept and beautiful with posh furniture.
Disliked: One of the shower head parts was coming off from the wall. However, a male staff at the front desk was kind enough to change rooms and we were very pleased with the new room.
