Loved the ocean view room...

Liked: When we arrived, we had an issue that the hotel didn't take the full payment for the room from Booking.com. The front desk was extremely helpful getting this issue resolved. They waived the parking fee for our troubles. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: I went back to the front desk to get some sheets to fit the sofa bed. Unfortunately the sheets and pillows we asked for never showed up in our room. There was a housekeeping cart in the hall by the ice station all weekend. I thought it was very unprofessional for a hotel that the cart was kept in the hall.

Liked: I loved the customer service. They were very attentive to our needs. Everyone was very nice and polite.
Disliked: I didn't like the inside pool it was very small but my 5 year old loved that he could touch and swim like a big boy. I Wish it would've been bigger with a hot tub. I also didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open in the evenings.
