You should not promote yourself as an event hotel when you are too rigid to allow me to reschedule when the event was postponed.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The inflexible policy.

Love the location walking distance to the Moon; really nice hotel.

Liked: Nice room; excellent staff; comfy beds.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Was ok but won’t go...

Liked: Pool was nice. I liked having the patio right by pool. The amount of outlets was good. No bugs. Was comfortable
Disliked: Our first room had hair in the sheets. Our second room had hair globes on floor behind toilet. I don’t feel they cleaned well before we arrived. The staff cleaned during our stay and it was better. The patio door screen was put on backwards and upside down. We fixed it.

The room was nice, but...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and quiet (131), even though it was on a corner close to an elevator.
Disliked: I prefer an included (at least a continental) breakfast with lodging. I relied on the on-property cafe when booking. Seven dollars for one bagel is ridiculous. I drove offsite for 3 days for a simple breakfast. I don't drink coffee. The in-room service didn't include a teabag as with most hotels. The Cafe wouldn't give me a teabag (I thought it was an oversight) but offered to charge me full price for one. The in-room mini-fridge is too small to accommodate a standard restaurant carry-out container. Outer access doors are glitchy and do not open immediately with the room key on the first try. It took 2 scan tries every time to access secured outer doors to the hotel. That is disquieting: especially as a single female traveler after dark or when lugging baggage. Nice for one short overnight without any meals. Anything further is disappointingly inconvenient for a Marriott.

Very nice overall

Liked: The hotel was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. We went to a concert at The Moon which was in great proximity to the hotel
Disliked: It was super pricey for add-ons. A bottle of water was over $4 and it wasn't like it was Fiji. Two small coffees in the morning, non complimentary, was almost $10 from the lobby
