Clean the bathrooms and I’ll be back. Nobody ants to pay $350 a night for a filthy hotel room. My husband was stuck in the elevator with a housekeeper who stunk so badly he then understood why the room wasn’t clean.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The housekeepers need to be taught how to clean a bathroom. They do NOT bother or know how. Take them by the hand, one by one, work with them and teach them how to scrub a toilet, a sink, a shower. Nobody wants to stay in a hotel room with a bathroom that reeks of urine and is filthy.

Loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Liked: The room itself was clean.
Disliked: The room I was given had not been cleaned. I was then given a room on a loud street. The lobby smelled of cooking oil/fast food. The parking was an additional charge, which was surprising as it was a surface lot and the room price was already $300 with tax. The hotel promised but did not provide me with a receipt nor did Booking.com. I now have to chase it down to get reimbursed.

Exceptional

Liked: This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was amazing and even went the extra mile to print off some power point presentations for us. This hotel had a starbucks in it which was amazing! Love staying here it was really close to our dental conference location. Also, Olive Garden is across the street as well as other good spots to eat close by. Definitely recommend staying here
Disliked: Nothing to say here, my stay was Amazing!

Liked: The rooms are always wonderful. The gym was exceptional.
Disliked: They charge $15 a day for parking. Tell you at the end of your check in at front desk. You have no option but to pay.
