I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast. When I made the reservations I thought I saw that there was one. I also could not find an extra blanket in our room, plus one of our members had no heat in their room. I asked if they could refund part of our expense and the staff said they could not. I would not recommend this hotel.

Will definitely stay here again.
Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. Thay even gave our dog some freebies. Great and quite location and our kids enjoy the warm pool

Disliked: Communication between the staff and staff to guestsWhen we checked in, the agent asked for my credit card, I used to work at the hotel front desk, so I understood they needed it for authorization. Then I told the agent that I would like to pay cash. She went they didn’t take cash, I was in shock because we did not want to pay by credit card with expensive exchange rates. I said it was not indicated on booking.She said unfortunately she couldn’t check me in without authorization on the full amount.I told her authorization was ok, but I could pay cash in the end right? She went yes. I told her again Please do not charge my credit card. (In this case, it would be nice if she could explain that right when I told her I would like to pay cash, instead of making me in shock)Then we were worried the night auditor might put through the credit card so my husband went reminded them again, so the girl who checked us in did not put any note in there. The pm agent put the note in and told us that the authorization would be showing pending only, would take about 3-5 days to cancel. We were ok with that cause that’s just how it works.Until we were checking out, a different am agent told us they didn’t take cash!!! We were pissed!! How many times do we have to remind them????They don’t make the note and they don’t read the note. The agents definitely need more training. There’s no where on Booking.com indicating cards only, otherwise, we wouldn’t choose to stay there. COMMUNICATION!PLEASE! Make sure to make an effective communication
