Good place to stay, but...

Liked: The staff was excellent. The room clean.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for the parking.

My 7 days stay was...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and engaging. It was my birthday and they helped me celebrate with a card signed by the staff and breakfast and some delicious chocolate candy..The entire week was great. The facility was clean, quiet has a great location to nearby shopping and the interstate.
Disliked: I didn't particularly care for the food. It can be improved with selection and taste.

Not a place for family

Liked: Jessica Fong at the front desk is very kind and helpful.
Disliked: We had booked a room for four people, but upon our arrival, the sofa bed was not made. I called the front desk, and the person who answered insisted that they don't provide service to make sofa beds. When I asked for some beddings, he then told me to use a blanket from the closet. However, there were no duvet covers, no pillows, and no duvets, or towels provided. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes on the phone, and finally, I received only one set of beddings. The delivery staff seemed angry and didn't even bother to greet me. He just threw the beddings and a bag of towel at me. The sofabed has a wired plastic cover which made sleeping uncomfortable and it doesn't look the same as the photos on the website. We only stayed for one night and the next morning, housekeeping surprised us by opening our door at 8:00 am, which was supposed to be our check-out day. In any case we didn't expect an early morning housekeeping service. I travelled alone with three children and didn't have any problems anywhere. However, when I checked into this hotel, the front desk lady handed me a breakfast coupon indicating that only 1 adult + two children were allowed. She explained that she was not allowed to write '3 kids' on the coupon. The next morning, we had a little trouble explaining the situation, and had to ask for an extra breakfast. Luckily, Jessica Fong saved our day. The AC was really loud in the room. It seems this hotel never reply to messages on Booking….

I liked the location and...

Liked: Two beds room is spacious and the bedding was comfortable.the hot shower was the best i ever experienced . but the flow of the hot water from the faucet of lavabo was very poor.
Disliked: my spouse remarked that the coffee pods in the room had much better taste than the coffee ordered in the cafeteria.I'm a tea drinker but there's no tea bags in the room.

Liked: The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. It is quiet, and not really noticed of the renovation noise.
Disliked: The bed is quite lumpy.

Liked: Very nice personnel. Cleaning service was outstanding.
Disliked: Relatively minor issues...I would make the restaurant area somehow (more) delimited from the reception area. The shower water sometimes is not hot enough for people enjoying hot showers.
