Liked: The staff (Maliyka and Stephanie) were excellent! The hotel was clean and spacious. Food and Coffee were delicious.

Disappointed in customer services
Liked: Didn’t stay. Circuit Court hearing was adjourned. Found out enroute by bus. Stayed in Grand Rapids instead. Could not get refund OR transfer reservation to the new court date. Is this a Booking.com issue or a Marriott issue?? It’s definitely an expensive issue, for funds I do not readily posses.

Disliked: Room smelled of marijuana off and on throughout the night. Not sure where the smell was coming from

Liked: Not enough staff. We were there for kids US fencing competition. We asked for a room with one queen bed and another sofa bed for kids. No bed sheet and pillows for the sofa bed and my husband called and was told no staff to deliver. Had to go down ourselves and picked up.
Disliked: Property is fine.

Overall the experience was good...
Liked: The location was good and the staff was excellent. I felt the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room (414) had a mildew/musty smell. It was not horrible but it was definitely noticeable. The price of $600 for two nights seemed extremely high to me. Maybe because of Woodward dream cruise but felt more like a $150 per night hotel instead of the $300.
