Liked: Good location
Disliked: The “restaurant” was a glorified snack bar. The 2nd floor room required an elevator which entailed a considerable amount of walking getting to and from your room. The water in the frigid was not free.

Very good

Liked: Great location, nice room, very clean, and good for families. However, during check-in, the lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all and seemed eager to finish the process quickly. It wasn’t the best start, but overall, the hotel is great and I can recommend it.

Liked: Good location. Few minutes driving to main street. Breakfast was good. I had a minor issue with the number of person included in the reservation. They were able to resolve the issue.

Very comfortable hotel in good...

Liked: This hotel was in a completely different league to all the others I stayed in on my road trip. It's a well-maintained property in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of downtown. Easy parking. I appreciated the fact that a room was made available despite my arriving hours before the advertised check-in time. My room was spacious and stylish, with a very (very!) comfortable bed and sparklingly clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Logging into my Netflix account on the TV in the room was easy. Free shuttle bus to airport, every 30 minutes. I really wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Palm Springs.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive and served in the lobby. Otherwise, there was little not to love.
