Liked: This is a Disney good neighbor hotel! That means you have access to early hours at Walt Disney World. Its very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Liked: I liked the location and the room was spacious. I liked that I had a fridge and microwave.
Disliked: There were bugs that looked like cockroaches in the room. I found one crawling over my toothbrush late at night. When I returned from my visit to Universal Studios, I found my door left open. I don't know how long my door was open. I know that the cleaning service was there because my bed was made and had fresh towels. This left me feeling very uncomfortable. I checked the room and nothing was missing. The night before I was in my room about 5:30pm when the cleaning service came in, which is pretty late in the day. I told them I did not want any cleaning service that day as it was too late in the day and I was already back in my room for the night. The parking is not free. You do pay $20 a night to park at your hotel.
