Good location and nothing else

Liked: Location is very convenient. We got a room on a lower floor and there was some noise from a ventilation machine after1st night we had the technician come and they moved us to another room. Not only the noise was gone, but we have a great view of the Rockefeller tower. The staff on duty were very nice.
Disliked: The hotel advertised and we booked breakfast. In reality during our 5 nights stay they always pretended there is a brocken machine they try to fix and until then they can only offer cold breakfast (even there some products were out of stock) - things you ca buy in the groceries store close by. I add a photo with the breakfast voucher- what is hot did not exist. I come to doubt the hot breakfast is ever provided. Finally, the last day and because we complained again the manager offered to reduce an amount from our invoice but ONLY because we complained and not an amount to cover breakfast for 4 people. But breakfast was one of the selection criteria and I wouldn’t have booked if I knew.

Great experience!

Liked: Excellent location, few steps away from Times Square. Very polite and helpful staff. Free luggage storage and printing facilities. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the reception desk provided us access to our room. Clean and comfortable rooms. At check-out the hotel staff arranged us a taxi.
Disliked: The coffee provided in the room is not good.

Disliked: Bathroom was tired, grout missing on the floor, smelt stale.Breakfast was poor, kitchen wasn’t open on first morning, queue was long every morning.Bar in the evening was not stocked properly, no tonic for gin.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: Room needs renovation. Furniture, fridge, bathroom, bedsheet and towels worn out and old.

Nice stay

Liked: Great location, kind and gentle staff. You have everything you need.
Disliked: The lights could be better.
