Hotel staff were wonderful.

It was fine. But for the price I expect at least hot water!

Disliked: They didnt even offer hot water in the lobby for tea. I didnt want to make hot water in a coffee pot with tap water.

An OK stay in NYC

Liked: Great location, good insulation, comfy bed, the free snacks and coffee at the reception area.
Disliked: Construction at the hotel, late check in (at 4 pm), the room size was not up to the expectation, they made us wait till 4 pm in hope to get our 26 m2 room however I felt we got the smaller size nevertheless, the room that was shown on booking.com was of a different layout and seemed bigger with walk in shower instead of a tub.
