Convenient and pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was good. While centrally located, and the street itself was relatively quiet, the neighborhood, while convenient, was way too bustling for my taste It would have been nice to have a little garden or some small sanctuary from the crowds.
Disliked: It would have been great if the adjoining restaurants had room service.

Okay place at the right...

Liked: The staff at the front and the cleaning staff was friendly. We were glad there was a Starbucks in the hotel.
Disliked: The room is very small. The elevators were slow to arrive but fast when you were in them???

The hotel was comfortable, clean,...

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable as a female traveling alone.
Disliked: The only negative was the shower pressure wasn’t great.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, amazing...

Liked: Location is super! 20 minutes to Times Square and midtown. Delish restaurant right across the street. Every one was friendly, nice, welcoming and professional, from the front desk personnel to the guys at a coffee shop in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Disliked: Elevators were a bit slow.
