Liked: My hotel room was well accommodated and extremely quiet. The staff was courteous, and very kind. Staff at the front desk asked wonderful questions about my service dog, This hotel offers much more of a luxury experience than I anticipated.

Liked: The staff are super helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. It was also on an upper floor and nice and quiet.
Disliked: The cost of parking the car overnight was exorbitant! Especially since the rooms were already pricey.

Liked: Love 2 king beds and the location. Layout of room great for some privacy with sliding door to create a separate bedroom.
Disliked: 2 different elevators to get to street. Most of time only one main elevator running. Slipper tile in shower.

Liked: They gave me ice cold sausage and when they reheated burnt my crescent when we checked in no coffee cream or sugar bath tub with chiped all over outside of tub tub not slip proff draw next to bed would not stay shut had to put in card board to keep closed bed was to small not even queen size could not see out window had to take turns using sink in bath.room every thing old
