Lovely hotel with outstanding staff for our eclipse visit!

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff were excellent, cheerful, helpful. If we met a staff member they acknowledged us with a hello or good morning. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit. We walked around several blocks of the city, magnificent architecture.
Disliked: Refrigerator was small and iced up, worked though. The refrigerator and microwave were in a very awkward place.

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly and helpful but the price was high because of the demand.

Liked: I loved the staff. The front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff went above and beyone. Truly exceptional. Honestly, I don't think I've had better service. The staff, in my opinion, was the best part about the experience.
Disliked: We had to use the fold out couch and it was super uncomfortable. Although the staff did it's best with sheets, blankets, pillows and comforters, nothing can be done about the mattress supports. The shower was fine but there was no ventilation or fan in the bathroom. I'd never experienced that before.
