Didn't really stay long enough to give a good review; didn't hang out in lobby or go to the gym. Stayed the night there after watching a concert at the Monroe Civic Center after a 3 hour drive.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Water pressure for shower; bed was squeeky; breakfast was expensive.

Nice enough accommodations. Very comfortable bed.

Liked: Room was really nice except for that vent hole in the bathroom floor where you can look down and see water gurgling after you flush.
Disliked: I'm not a cheap person but was flabbergasted to see the hotel actually charges for a box of cereal and coffee in the breakfast area.

Disliked: I booked a King with sofa bed and the room they gave me was a handicap king. They told me that when I use a third party such as BOOKING.COM, that you sometimes you think there is availability, but not really so! This seems like an excuse, as I've booked through your company many times with no problems. They also didn't give me my Marriott Bonvoy points until I asked for them the next morning. NOT PLEASED WITH THIS HOTEL.

Disliked: We wound up in a handicap room instead of the room we requested. The room was dirty and the TV didnt work. The front desk promised to send someone to fix the TV, but he never showed up.

The stay was fine, that part was just weird and it had me a little paranoid.

Liked: I didn't know we would have to pay for breakfast, with me paying $260 for a one bed, I definitely thought the breakfast was covered upon my check-in date. Was very disappointed about that.
Disliked: The guy at the desk upon checking in could've done better with greeting, he really didn't greet me at all. He didn't print out my receipt. When he handed me my key, it was handed to me faced up exposing my room number instead of having it faced down. That bothered me a lot, then I get to my room, there's a guy posted up, right by my door. Maybe he was just there, idk. I'm glad my husband was with me. When he saw that someone was with me, he went out the exit door instead of staying right by my door.

Very good hotel but should not be selling balcony rooms if you cant use the balcony

Disliked: I dont like that I paid for a balcony room and was unable to use it due to them being bolted shut.
