Don't plan to stay there or at any other Courtyards in the future.

Liked: Front desk people nice. There was a fridge; coffee or tea in lobby always available.
Disliked: No safe in room; horrible little coffee machine with only powdered creamer and no ability to brew tea; no body lotion or shower cap; supplies and hot water not always available at coffee bar in lobby; overworked desk staff may not have had time as they were alone.

Liked: Rochelle at the front desk was tremendous and created a very relaxing visit She was able to troubleshoot and facilitate our stay even in the presence of an entire hockey team trying to check out.

Overnight stay to catch early...

Liked: Convenient, stylish, on site restaurant . Airport shuttle.
Disliked: The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent but I would have liked a larger menu. Also, I wasn’t warned to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle when I made my motel reservation. We were lucky to have found a seat to make our flight.

Disliked: The price that was charged at the bistro after a long day to just relax at the bistro, have a drink or food, but the prices were outrageous. I would much rather go out to a nearby restaurant.
