Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West

This is a really nice hotel with great service. It's close to shopping centers and restaurants.

I was very disappointed with the staff and my over all experience. We arrived at bout two in the morning tired of driving around trying to look for the hotel. Even with the gps it was very hard. Also the man at the front desk was not very polite. When we arrived in our room it looked pretty nice, it did not have a refrigerator, but what I was highly grossed out and disappointed about was that we found dirty socks in between the sheets of the bed. I called the front desk and requested NEW pillows, and linens and down comforter and also towels because the room only offered three towels and I myself use two, plus one side of shower and one on the floor for and I Es accompanied by my husband, my four year old son and my 6 month old baby. Shortly after the man from the front desk comes up and brings me ONE VERY ITCHY MICROFIBER TYPE THIN BLANKET... It was awful, he also said they had no clean towels, pillows, nor linens. I was VERY DISAPOINTED. And to top it all of, ON TOP OF THE XXX I paid for the room, I just notice s charge from the hotel for $20 That I don't know why they charged because I didn't order anything!
