Liked: Location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and easy on easy off freeway access.

Liked: Nice hotel and clean room.
Disliked: Pigeon poop every where near the side entrance and the pull out sofa was VERY uncomfortable.

Liked: Clean, safe location.
Disliked: Typical hotel heavy doors that slam loudly. (JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, MI has solved this problem). Could hear the guests above us because the hotel does not have concrete between floors.

Liked: Nice and updated. Very clean. Pool area was clean but the bottom of the pool and around the edges were a little grimy.
Disliked: Front desk didnt give enough information, like how much the incidentals were that were being charged & what time check out was. It would be nice to know about the parking fee before booking & they dont even ask for license plate so why charge a fee?
