Liked: Then staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: Our room didnt have a microwave in it.

Disliked: We have stayed here before and loved the hot tub. But guess what?! The exact dates we stayed this Time it was out of order. I think a price reduction would have been expected. I hated the staff waking me up at 7 when checkout is 11. That was rude.

Liked: The room was great, no complaints, the manager was great when we brought our concerns to him. The woman at the front desk did not seem to enjoy her job at all, nor did she enjoy interacting with customers. It made our stay somewhat unpleasant.

Disliked: Horrible customer service. Discovered I needed to shorten my stay by 1 night the very first night I was there. Hit the front desk up as soon as I knew to figure out how to do this without being charged for it. They told me I needed to check with other people so I did. Those people never bothered to get back with me or my booking agent. No "I'm sorry, we cant," no "take a hike," NOTHING! I will never stay here again. It would have been OK if they had declined to help, but I won't tolerate no communication whatsoever. I travel for business alot. They will not get my business in the future. No breakfast, no pool/hot tub, really questionable guests that make you feel you need to leave your curtains open & watch your vehicle.
