Everyone is nice, the beds are amazingly comfortable! Great and affordable. It was a short trip and this hotel accommodated our needs perfectly! And it's within walking distance of the mall and the concert hall which was great :)

This hotel is right off the highway so there is easy access. It is near everything - the mall, the cute market shopping and dining area and the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. We thought we would be able to walk to these places but there are no sidewalks so we parked at the Macys at the mall per the instructions of the hotel staff. We were not the only ones to do this. The room was clean and comfortable with a Starbucks bistro in the lobby for limited sandwiches and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would use this hotel again for events in the Woodlands area.

Hotel was clean; service was friendly and informative; the whole Woodland experience was first class.

Liked: The hotel and surrounding area were very nice and clean. I was greeted and checked in by a nice young lady. She went as far to ask me what our plans were and to provide recommendations and a map to the surrounding area.
