Liked: Room cleanness and location
Disliked: Beds setup. We ordered a bedroom for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children - 10months and 5yo) with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was VERY small, not fitted for 2 people and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Since we arrived late, the children were already sleeping and we decided to take the room.

Liked: I have stayed here once before and really liked the facility, staff and location. This second visit just cemented the same feeling. I will stay here again for sure.

NO HOT WATER!!

Liked: We have stayed there many times before and are Marriott Bonvoy members. The location is very good - close to Dartmouth College - our destination.
Disliked: The shower did not work - there was NO HOT WATER!!!We both were forced to take COLD showers....not a nice way to start off the day. (The sink had hot water so it was something wrong with the shower - we didn't have the time to call downstairs and wait for someone to come up to look at it) We explained this upon checkout and all we received was an apology. Considering we are Marriott members and have stayed at that location multiple times over the last 4 years, we thought something should have been done to compensate us for our miserable stay.
