Disappointing

Very good

Liked: The location was perfect, only 7 minutes away from my family.
Disliked: My pillowcases were dirty the first night of my stay and housekeeping never cleaned the room until my spouse and I checkout.

Liked: Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast and kitchen staff were excellent, rooms very clean and quiet.
Disliked: Nothingh

Liked: Location was great! Convience of ballpark and variety of places to shop and eat. Also had relatives who lived nearby and was able to visit with them. Would certainly choose this location for future visits.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.

Hammond’s best!

Liked: The staff were charming and helpful. The hotel was clean, well appointed for the most part, and was convenient to our family.
Disliked: The noise was off the hook. We heard train whistles, elevator machinery, and construction loudly through the walls.

Liked: Location was great the lack of available room upon drive up wasn't great when walked in the parking lot booked the room and came back in to get my room
Disliked: The fact I had to go online to book from.the parking lot
