A quiet, comfortable and clean...

Liked: The location was great, close to expressways making for efficient route planning. The housekeeping services were excellent. We used the bistro three times and found the staff very pleasant and accommodating. We had a main floor room looking into the courtyard. It was quiet at night.

Liked: Location near the Bruce Trail, retail outlets, and Lake gave us a lot of options; fridge in room was handy; Starbucks coffee ! in lobby; hot tub was quiet haven; fitness room offered a lot of equipment and was accessible when we wanted to use it
Disliked: Carpets filthy, desk staff not exactly friendly, towels in pool area are too small and not at all absorbent; bedding and towels smelled of human body fat and needed to be rewashed with borax; extra blanket in room was thin and smelled of human body fat; Keurig coffee machine awful

Liked: The hot tub in room. Laundry worked ok. The store onsite is good price and good products.
Disliked: If I didn't have a spa tub the pool room was closed for work. The food you server is not good or cheep.
