Disliked: Maybe needs to be a little bit cleaner in the bathroom and carpet area.

Disliked: False advertising which said there was a bar and restaurant at the hotel. Also unfriendly staff who were not helpful and were uninformed.

Liked: They had boxes stacked in the hallway by the elevator, and it looked like they didn't care about the hotels appearance. Staff was rude, especially the coffee lady. She treated us like we were rude for asking for coffee. The shuttle you have to call for, he was a great driver and knew how to navigate traffic well. The location was near anything except the airport . It was hard to find decent food anywhere. The beds were uncomfortable overly soft, and pillows needed a serious upgrade. The carpet looked stained everywhere. Would not stay here again

Large, comfortable room

Liked: Large, clean, comfortable room that was modern with nice quality bedding. Large bathroom, hairdryer, coffee, refrigerator, TV and balcony. Good location, nice pool area when the weather is good. Reception staff - Jordan and Doreen were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Evening female reception staff were rude and unhelpful.
