Disliked: We stayed for one night. Both booking.com and the hotel lied about getting a refund for one night as we were charged for 2. I find the lies of both companies disgracfel.

Disliked: shower is foolishly tiny!!! and I am not that big of a person.why cant shower heads be on a hose?? I never feel clean or well rinsed except for my face and hair, which are never the spots deserving the most cleaning. I detest the in room coffee. I dont trust the cleanliness of the makers, and the environmental waste of all the single serving packaging. Just put a coffee pot in the lobby for the mornings! Its basic hospitality.

Liked: Easy location right off the highway, but close to a couple town centers.Large room and clean. Good A/C with lots of outlets and amenities.Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Fitness area was well appointed and large.Had dinner, drinks, and breakfast options.
Disliked: Could have been a little more upscale for a Courtyard property - was a bit more basic then some I have seen.No breakfast included option - would have been nice since I was travelling with teens.Could have been a bit quieter at night - seems like a large bus (of kids) came in late and there was a lot of noise in the hall and room next door later in the evening (around 11:30pm)
