Liked: All staff except were exceptional except a male housekeeping member crowded my exit from the elevator. He walked in while I was trying to exit. I wouldn’t even do that to other guests. How rude!!!
Disliked: Nothing

Would not stay there even...

Disliked: I checked in, desk attendant was not friendly made me feel like just checking in get it over with. She did not explain breakfast or pool time or check out time. I had to ask for information on not so continental breakfast the next day. We walked out at checkout time I said we were checking out of room another attendant just looked at us as we walked out no thank you for staying at all. The pool area was dirty and the water was freezing for my kids. My rooms refrigerator was broke, hair on the shower curtain, and a hair ball clogged the tub drain.

Liked: Very dirty under the sofa and a lot of stain on the pillows and smells
Disliked: The sofa and the pillows and the cleanness

Liked: The price was great and the staff were awesome. It was very busy and the staff were running around constantly. Everytime we needed something they were quick to help with our request and did it with a smile. They were also very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was a bit cold.

Liked: It was quiet and clean.
Disliked: Location. Getting and out was confusing.

Good value for the money,...

Liked: Great king suite, great view of the pond, fantastic corner balcony
Disliked: Rooms clean, other areas not so clean, elevator, hallways, pool was out of order

Liked: i was told my deposit would return the next day let alone it was 150$ deposit now they’re telling me it will take 3-30 days a whole month for a deposit wow !
Disliked: no microwaves in the hotel room balcony was on description and didn’t receive one towels has red stains in them
