Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: There wasn’t a microwave in the room; a refrigerator was provided. There was no mention of the lack of a microwave. Called front desk and was told only suites have microwaves. I’ve stayed in less expensive with this being provided. There was an area for the microwave but it was empty. This is an expected amenity at this level of property. Very disappointed

My one-day stay

Liked: It was close to everything I needed.
Disliked: The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and accommodating. I mistakenly entered the wrong dates for my arrival and stay in my booking app, which caused me to show up a day late for my one-day stay. However, the staff was very understanding of my mistake and generously found a room to accommodate me. Their service was first-class, and I'm genuinely grateful for their kindness.

Liked: This facility was very close to our venue. The room was clean and fresh smelling and the staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: There was no functioning exhaust system in the bathroom. There was a small refrigerator and single serve coffeemaker in the room but no microwave. Wi-Fi was fair, but was constantly buffering. We were under the assumption that there was a continental breakfast when booking the room, instead the facility has a Starbucks and we were told at the front desk there was no continental breakfast. After returning home, from our stay, we received an itemized receipt listing a charge for two (2) days for a breakfast that was not available, not happy about this. I would hesitate to recommend this facility to colleagues.

Disliked: The hotels staff & manager did not have the appropriate ethics in terms of attitude towards guests. Not to mention the cleanliness level that was far below average. We found plenty white hairs on our couch, along with horrifying dirty bed sheet. Redflag!
