Disappointing

Liked: I really liked the location; it was great. The hotel was very central, which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: When there are issues with the facility staff do not communicate clearly and promptly with guests.

Liked: The next time it is until everyone he was so pleasant to me. The best was nice and soft room is clean and spacious. Staff was exceptionally nice. I will be coming back.

Cleanliness taken to extremes.

Liked: Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable mattress. Microwave and small fridge in room.
Disliked: Housekeeping took my clean paper plates and plastic silverware which were resting on the countertop next to the microwave, so I had nothing to eat my microwaved dinner with.

Disliked: Our room was not made up after the first night. I was told later that rooms were only made up every other day.

Liked: Convenient to restaurants and shops. Not far from downtown Cleveland.
Disliked: The pool was closed and I made sure to book a hotel with an indoor pool. Under the beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. Over charged me. I got a price from booking.com and they charged me more.
