Enjoyed our stay very much. Room very spacious and clean. King size bed ++ comfortable. Would recommend to friends and will likely try to book again when we head to Chicago next June for Bluesfest 2012.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping were nice too. They checked us in early as per our request, very welcoming we enjoyed it The room was spacious and included a microwave which was a huge plus for our long stay. Sofa bed is queen size I think so it could fit 2 people.Location was fantastic! Most touristic sites were within walking distance. Safety was good too
Disliked: No room service for food - although they have like a mini market at lobby.No safety box in room, if needed we had to put our stuff down in the safety boxes at the lobby's back room ( I don't know how to describe it but basically we get a box with a key and they take the box into the backroom were they had like safe to put them in or something) This was weird and nothing I have experienced before.

Liked: The location was good for the price so the value made it worth it for this 1 night stay. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: THE NOISE. I get that it's off of one of the busiest streets downtown but the night before I stayed at a different hotel right next to the train and could hear nothing. The noise from outside was so loud I could not sleep. I would not stay here again.
