Really convenient for a show at the Xfinity Center aka Great Woods. It was a pretty standard Marriott experience.

Liked: Clean; easy; comfortable beds; close to venue; nice staff.
Disliked: Nope - pretty standard Marriott experience.

The rooms at the Marriott were spacious, airy, well kept, and clean. It's so nice having a fridge in the room without having to make a special request. We especially loved the courtyard on the hotel grounds - it was a beautiful little oasis with tables, chairs, trees and flowering shrubs and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time out there. The staff was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: The hotel location was ideal - easy to get to and close to the Xfinity Center, yet off the busy roads so it was nice and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Disliked: They are still renovating the pool.

If you're not sure, stop...

Liked: Location was good (daughter in Franklin, family in CT, flying in/out of Logan), comfort of the beds....oh my gosh, so comfy (and I'm not usually impressed with hotel beds) and the curtains got things nice and dark for some great sleep, and value, wow. I'd like to go back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space, which is beautiful, and the pool, which is being remodeled.

Overall my stay was relaxed...

Liked: Nice lobby and rooms
Disliked: Manager customer service I first met upon checking was not so pleasant. My balcony was dirty and the desk and chair had dirty stains on it that I had to clean with antibacterial. I was also not aware the pool and jacuzzi was not available and was very disappointed. I had to switch room to a cleaner room and balcony. The second room was much better.

Liked: Cleanliness, the set up & amenities in the room & that I got a good price.
Disliked: The pillows are ALL too soft! They need to have 1/3 be firmer for side sleepers. I didnt sleep well because of this. Also the place where I had Ty park to access the elevator has ZERO handicapped parking places & it was a painful walk for me!

Good Hotel - Easy to...

Liked: The woman at the front desk was terrific - agreeable, helpful, good-humored. The rooms were spotless & the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy with our stay & would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foxborough.
Disliked: The pool being closed for renovation and the broken glass in the parking area. We did tell staff about the glass but it wasn't cleaned up for hours.The breakfast coffee machine in the lobby was broken.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean hotel comfortable bed. Most of the staff were attentive.
Disliked: There was a woman checking in ahead of me. A staff member came out and asked if we were together. I replied no we are not,I'm waiting to check in. The staff member turned and walked away. Why ask if you had no intention on checking me in?
