It was okay but noise...

Liked: Staff courteous and helpful. Overall clean and professional.
Disliked: Noisy and ineffective bathroom fan, that comes on with the single light. No separate vanity light, so obnoxious fan on all the time. No wifi internet without an upcharge, even though they say free wifi. Strong smell of room scent products saturates clothes. Muted road noise in room on east side that faces freeway. Slept much better second night using earplugs.

Liked: My confirmation when I booked my room said it included breakfast. When I checked in that had changed.
Disliked: No pet policy sign was a turnoff. Would never stay there due to this.

Bad experience

Liked: Location, easy access.
Disliked: The sheets on the were nasty they had not been ,we had to go to the front desk and they gave us another room, but still bad experience because we arrived late and tired wanting to rest and changing rooms at midnight is not fun at all.

Problem from check in

Liked: The customer service experience was great. I like how the issues I was having got taken care of promptly except for one I had to call 2 times.
Disliked: Was unaware their pool was closed it said that nowhere when booked, and that was the reason for my booking here. There was barely water to shower, but room change was quickly done.This was My Birthday weekend, and I wasn't as excited about my stay as I had planned.
