I love the hotel just...

Liked: The room was okay bed was okay it had a dent on 1 side where you can tell people sit all the time.
Disliked: Construction was going on I was told I could park by my room then I woke up the next morning with my car roped in, the bed was okay, lady at front desk had a horrible attitude was not familiar with the property every question I had her attitude got worse I didn’t even get a welcome gift or a thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness, Pretty peaceful
Disliked: Well upon checkout, no staff was available for quite a while. Next time, have a bell or leave a note. I had to leave my room card key on the desk with my name next to it on a sticky note, as I was already pressed for time. Other than that, it was great!

Disliked: hotel dated dingy smelly carpet, old dated furniture with scratches and dints, remodeling surrounded occupied rooms, construction material in parking lot all over the place

Disliked: I paid 125 dollars to stay at a construction site, keys to hotel didn’t work and no elevator

Liked: Coffee area in lobby was nuce
Disliked: Sliding glass doors leading to outside did not lock. I had to move a couch in front of it to feel safe! Changed rooms and hotel charged me for both rooms! Rooms dirty and noisy. Elevator broken, lots of construction, did not feel safevas a woman alone.

Liked: The accommodations are excellent. We pick this place to stay out from any in the area. We feel save--which is a big plus. We used to stay a couple of other places but no longer felt safe at the other places. This location is great. The experience was awesome. Value is excellent.
